Restrictions imposed in relation to Covid-19

Further to restrictions imposed by the Government on 23rd March, the office is closed to the public.

However, during office hours, the Property Management team are still working as normal and can be contacted by telephone and email.

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to undertake property visits and it may be in some instances that contractors will be restricted in what assistance they can provide, except in the case of emergencies.

If you have yet to do so, we would encourage you to register with the online portal on this website, using the eight digit account number found on your most recent invoice.  This will assist us in keeping in contact with you.

Payment of common charges can still be made via the portal or by BACS, using the bank account details which are on your invoices.  You can also pay by phone.
