Appointment of new Director

We are delighted to announce the appointment of Joanne Graham as a Director with effect from 1st August, 2017.

Joanne has worked at every level in the company, having started in 2000 in the role of Typist/Receptionist, advancing to the role of Assistant Property Manager, then to running her own ‘beat’ of properties, assisted by two support staff.

Aside from the day-to-day management of both modern and traditional developments, one of Joanne’s main specialities is in the promotion of grant-aided tenemental refurbishment schemes.  Joanne has been instrumental in providing support to many clients in obtaining grant assistance for properties in the Glasgow area.

The firm is fortunate to have such an experienced Property Manager fulfilling a pivotal role at the core of the organisation, which can only enhance the overall service on offer.
